This app is absolutely useless. Thank god it was only 99 cents.
I thought that this wouldnt be that great but as it turns out I am very impressed with the data base. My only suggestion is that there a more detailed mineral guide perhaps with pictures and complete chemical formulas for all the minerals. Besides that it is a good general guide to geology. That is all.
Horribly incomplete in content with terse definitions. Not worthy of even one star.
As a mining industry professional, I recognize a helpful basic reference when I see one. A lot of folks are investing in mining stocks for the first time, and I am sure many will find that this resource accelerates their learning curve.
